3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping fees may apply for COD orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD orders may require a small advance payment to avoid fake orders.
- If the customer refuses COD delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

- Unreachable phone
- Customer not available
- Refused delivery
- The package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged / Missing Items

- Report within 24–48 hours
- Share unboxing video/photos for proof
We will resolve it at the earliest.
