1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if:
  • The product is unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID)
  • Note:
    We do not accept returns for products that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags.

3.Refund Options

  • Based on your order type:
  • Prepaid Orders
  • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • COD Orders
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as:
    Bank transfer (after verification)

4.Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for:
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

5.Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and verify the product:
  • Refund/credit will be processed within 5–7 business days

6.Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch.
    Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
