1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on your location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

  • (Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or festivals.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders
    Standard shipping fees may apply for COD orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available
  • COD orders may require a small advance payment to avoid fake orders.
  • If the customer refuses COD delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:
  • Tracking link
  • Courier partner details
  • SMS/Email/WhatsApp updates
  • You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
    If delivery fails due to:
  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable phone
  • Customer not available
  • Refused delivery
  • The package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Missing Items

  • your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
  • Report within 24–48 hours
  • Share unboxing video/photos for proof
    We will resolve it at the earliest.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
